* defend their lives and physical integrity

* train correctly, so as to be effective and feel safe.

 Today, self defence is more timely than ever, as we live in a world full of dangers. It is useful not only as a means to defend yourself, but also to acquire self – confidence and a healthy attitude to life. In TODE, we teach basic principles of self protection (prevention) and self defence (confrontation), which are simple and applicable.

 Knowing and practising principles makes you capable to react the right way in any occasion. It entails managing the external threat, our fears and our passions.

An ideal practice for men and women. Taught in a safe environment, offering (in addition to knowledge) fitness improvement, stress.
