In Tode Organization, we follow a belt rank system based in kyu and dan. This system is generally used in martial arts to show student's progress. A student starts with the white belt, and through training and exams he or she progresses in kyu and dan ranks.

Beginner: White belt

9-10 kyu: Yellow belt

8-7 kyu: Orange belt

6-5 kyu: Green Belt

4-3 kyu: Blue Belt

2-1 kyu: Brown Belt

1 dan or higher: Black Belt
